Meraki Legacy Return & Refund Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Fragrances, Perfumes, Colognes, Lotions & Liquid Beauty Products

To qualify for a full refund, fragrances, perfumes, colognes, lotions, body sprays, creams, and other bottled beauty or personal-care products must be returned:

• Unused and unopened
• In the original box and packaging
• With the original factory seal intact
• In the same condition in which they were received

For health, hygiene, and product-integrity reasons, fragrance and beauty products that have been opened, used, sprayed, tested, or have a broken/removed seal are not eligible for a return or refund, except when the product arrived damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect.

Damaged, Leaking, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact Meraki Legacy as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. “Please provide clear photos and video of the product, packaging, and shipping box when requested. Photo and video evidence may be required to verify damage, leakage, defects, or an incorrect item before a replacement or refund is approved.”

Other Products

Other eligible merchandise must be returned unused, in its original condition, with all accessories, tags, manuals, and original packaging included.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
